Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4 patties
2 tins of tuna in olive oil
2 springs of spring onion
1/3 cup frozen peas
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion salt
pepper to taste
1 tbsp buckwheat flour
Start by gently boiling or steaming the peas for a few minutes.
Place the tuna, egg, spring onion and seasoning in a bowl and mix.
Add in the buckwheat flour and peas.
In a frying pan, heat some olive oil, and divide the mixture into 4 with your hands.
Pat them down when you place them in the frying pan so they can cook evenly.
Fry on each side for a few minutes, until they turn golden brown and hold together to turn over.
Once cooked, place onto some paper towel to pay dry, and then serve.
Serving suggestion: Place on a bed of colourful salad, or with some quinoa
