2 carrots (ribboned)
1/2 white cabbage (chopped)
1 tbsp honey
2 1/2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
2tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Juice from half a lime
Chop all the vegetables.
Combine the dressing ingredients together.
Mix the dressing into the vegetables until well combined.
