Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Serving Size: 3-4 servings
2 apples (skin kept on as this is where most fibre is)
3-4 tbsp boiling water
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Chop up the apples into small chunks.
Place them into a saucepan with a few tbsp of boiling water, and heat over a medium-low heat for about 10 minutes (keep stirring).
Add another tbsp of water, and cover with a lid and let simmer for another 10 minutes, adding in the raisins and chia seeds.
Remove from the heat and place in a glass container.
Once cooled, keep in the fridge for up to a week.
