Ingredients:
1/2 an avocado
2 handfuls of frozen berries
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
4 cubes of ice
2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt (or coconut, cashew or almond yoghurt)
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender and then transfer into your bowl.
Top with your choice of toppings.
Serve and enjoy!
