Ingredients:

1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup ground almonds
1/3 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp dried rosemary (can use fresh)
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp olive oil

Method:

Mix together all the dry ingredients to combine.
Mombine the water and oil.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough.
Kneed the dough with your hands, making sure it’s not too sticky and not too firm.
Roll out between 2 sheets of baking paper until about 0.5cm thick.
Cut crackers out into your desired shape and bake in the oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 10-12 minutes. Checking them as they go as they can burn quickly!
Enjoy with cheese, hummus or any other dip you fancy!
