500g Brussels sprouts
100g precooked chestnuts (I used the Merchant gourmet ones which come in a pouch)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Chop the sprouts and chestnuts in half, then place into a mixing bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix in the bowl to combine, then place on an oven tray and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, turning over half way.
Serve with your roast turkey, or nut roast for the ultimate liver loving Christmas dinner!
