Ingredients:

1 small banana
4 chunks of honey dew melon [approx 3cm cubes]
1 handful of spinach
150ml milk [I used oat milk]
100ml cold water

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder [I used misfits]

1 tsp peanut butter [I used pip and nut crunchy]

A few cubes of ice if you like it extra cold

Method:

Add all ingredients into blender and blend until fully combined.

Serve straight away.
