1 tsp Bouillon organic veg stock
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 chopped spring onion
6 cherry tomatoes
1/2 small can sweetcorn
Shredded chicken pieces (optional)
Boil the quinoa over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
Drain and add to other ingredients.
Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
