Ingredients:
4 large peaches
120 g flaked almonds
40g rolled oats
Vanilla coconut yoghurt to serve
Method:
Chop the peaches into slices and then soften and heat in a saucepan for about 3-4 minutes
Transfer the peaches into an oven proof dish
Lightly toast the sliced almonds over a frying pan, until they have a slight colour
Remove the almonds from be heat and mix with the oats
Top the peaches with the almond and oats
Bake In the oven at 180 C for about 10 minutes
Serve with coconut yogurt and enjoy!
