Ingredients:

For the fruit mix:
4 apples, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp raw maple syrup
2tbsp Coconut sugar 🥥

For the topping:
2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp coconut sugar 🥥
2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (room temperature)

Method:

For the fruit mix: Place all ingredients into a small pan and cook over a medium heat for 15 minutes until the apples are soft.

For the topping: Crumble with your hands until it’s fully combined.

When the apples are soft, transfer them into an ovenproof dish and top with the crumble topping. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees celsuis for 20 minutes.

Serve plain, with custard or ice cream for the perfect winter pudding.
