Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Serving Size: 1 small batch
1 handful of each of the following:
Almonds, pecans, flaked almonds, pecans
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
5-6 chopped Brazil nuts
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan (mainly to melt the oil and combine with the nuts).
Place on a baking tray bake at 180 degrees C for about 10 minutes.
Allow to cool and store in an air tight container.
