Ingredients:

Lolly Mould

5oog plain yoghurt (can also use non dairy alternatives)
2 ripe bananas
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Method:

Blend all ingredients (apart from the peanut butter) into a blender and blend until fully combined.

Pour the mixture into your lolly moulds until they are half full, drop a little bit of peanut butter into each mould, then top up with the yoghurt and fruit mixture.

Place into the freezer overnight or for at least 4 hours to set.
