3 fresh figs
3 handfuls of mixed rocket, spinach and fresh watercress
50g goat’s cheese
1 tbsp pine nuts
A drizzle of honey
Place the salad greens as a base of your plate or bowl.
Quarter the figs and place on top of the green.
Add on the chopped goat’s cheese.
Toast the pine nuts under the grill or on a dry pan for a few minutes.
Drizzle with honey and place over the toasted pine nuts.
