Energy Balls Ferrero Rocher Style
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Serving Size: 12-15 Pieces
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup walnuts
½ cup almonds
½ cup oats
¼ cup chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
Soak the pitted dates in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
Place nuts in the blender and blend until finely chopped.
Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and cocoa.
Finally, add in the dates, coconut oil, maple syrup and blend until the mixture sticks together.
Roll into balls and roll into chopped walnuts.
Place in the fridge to set for a few hours.
