Ingredients:
Hummus
Vegetables of your choice
Dehydrated black olives (or crumbled black bread)
Method:
You will need a fairly shallow dish to make your edible garden.
Fill the bottom of the dish with an even layer of hummus.
Place your vegetables into the hummus. They should be tall enough to stand up in the hummus.
Once the vegetables are in place, sprinkle on your dehydrated black olives (to look like soil).
To dehydrate your own olives you will need a dehydrating machine, available from Amazon (this part can take up to 24 hours).
