2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tsp chia seeds
Rind and juice from 1 orange
40g melted dark chocolate for drizzling on top
Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth and almost liquid texture.
Then add in the remaining ingredients (except for the dark chocolate).
Mix until well combined, then transfer to a lined baking tray.
Place the mixture onto the baking tray and press down to thickness you desire.
Bake in the oven at 180C for about 15 minutes.
While baking, melt the dark chocolate, then once the tray is removed from the oven and cooled, drizzle over the dark chocolate.
Place in the fridge to set for a few hours to set.
