Ingredients:
For the chocolate:
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
7 tablespoons of cacao powder
1 tablespoon of raw maple syrup
For the filling:
8 medjool dates pitted
1/4 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of raw maple syrup
1 tablespoon of almond butter
Method:
For the chocolate: Melt to coconut oil in a saucepan, then stir in the rest of the ingredients. Use some circular moulds and coat with the chocolate. Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
For the filling: Blend it all together in a food processor.
Then fill the chocolate domes with the filling and top with toppings of your choice!
