Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Serving Size: 2-3 servings
1 tin of chickpeas (cooked)
1 can of mackerel fillets (in olive oil)
4 springs of spring onion (chopped)
1 large handful of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Pinch of black pepper and salt to taste
1 tsp sesame seeds
Cook the chickpeas in a saucepan for a few minutes until cooked.
Drain the chickpeas, transfer to a bowl and mix in all other ingredients, sprinkling the sesame seeds over the top.
