Ingredients:
1/2 cup pitted sweet frozen cherries (Waitrose)
1 handful of spinach
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
A couple of fresh blackberries
A small handful of almonds
1 tsp chia seeds
50g almond yoghurt (with added vegan live cultures)
100ml almond milk
50g almond yoghurt (with added vegan live cultures)
100ml almond milk
Method:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender and drink, or transfer into a bowl and add toppings such as chopped nuts or dedicated coconut.
