Ingredients:
3tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp oats
250ml milk (I used oatly)
1 medium carrot, grated
1 Handful raisins
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp mixed spice
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and combine well.
Store in an airtight container for a few hours or overnight, in the fridge.
Top with nut butter or some nuts of your choice (pecans or walnuts would go perfectly).
