Butternut Squash and Cranberry Warm Salad

Serving Size: 3-4 servings as a side

1 large butternut squash, peeled and cut into cubes
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
Place the cubed squash on an oven tray with the onion, oil and sage and roast for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees celcuis.
Once cooked, and soft enough remove from the oven, mix in the cranberries and serve.
