Ingredients:
70g buckwheat flour
85g ground almonds
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp oat milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 ripe bananas
Method:
Mash the bananas with a fork, then add in the eggs and mix with an electric whisk.
Then add in all other ingredients and mix until well combined.
Bake in the oven at 180C for about 40 minutes.
Allow to cool for about 30 minutes.
