Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour
3 over ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp raw maple syrup
1tsp vanilla extract

Method:

Mash bananas and whisk in the eggs, maple and vanilla.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a loaf tray at 160 degrees celsius for 40-50 minutes.
