Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond milk (or coconut or any other milk you like)
1/2 banana
1/2 avocado
3 tbsp chia seeds
a handful of ice
Method:
Blend the milk, banana, avocado and ice in a blender until it forms a creamy mixture
Place this mixture into a jar or container and stir in all the chia seeds until they are well distributed within the mixture
Leave to set for a few hours or overnight
