Ingredients:
2 boneless salmon fillets
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
1 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp sesame seeds
Method:
Mix all ingredients together apart from the salmon and sesame seeds into a bowl.
Cut the salmon skewers into smaller cubes and let marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
Heat the grill to a medium/high heat.
Threat the salmon onto the skewers, not too close together, and place on a baking tray. Pour the rest of the marinade over the skewers and grill for about 8-9 minutes.
Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a pan for a few minutes, then sprinkle on the salmon when they come out the oven.
Serve with salad, some brown rice or rice noodles.
