Ingredients:
1 organic apricot (chopped)
100g vanilla coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp homemade nut granola
2/3 pistachio nuts for the top
Method:
Chop up the apricot and place a few pieces to fill the bottom of your glass.
Layer with yoghurt, then granola and repeat until all ingredients are used up.
Serve and enjoy!
