Serving Size: 2 big pancakes
handful of frozen berries
1 tsp cinnamon
smooth peanut butter
Mash the banana with a fork until smooth and almost liquid.
Beat in the eggs
Add the cinnamon
Place the frozen berries in a saucepan and let them defrost and heat while the pancakes are cooking
Fry each pancake at a time (it makes 2 large ones) with a little coconut oil in the pan
Top the pancakes with the berries and drizzled peanut butter.
